Our programme of HRefresh seminars is gaining momentum, also thanks to topical topics such as ORGANISATIONAL CHANGES!

On March 9, 2023, we looked at the whole topic, especially from a practical point of view. We talked mainly about how to plan and implement organisational changes, how to prepare the related documentation, how to deal with employees and trade unions in this context and, last but not least, what to look out for after organisational changes have been implemented.
