Our colleague Marie Janšová is once again presenting another of the successful interactive online courses on Employment Law in Recruitment under the #suHR banner on 18 and 24 April 2023. This course is designed for all those who want to learn more about employment law in relation to the recruitment process.
The course focuses on the core aspects of employment law that relate to recruitment.
The topics that Marie will convey to the course participants are:
Selection procedure:
– Advertising, selection procedure, interview
– Who can select new employees (issues related to employment mediation)
– How and according to what to select employees
– Background check and providing references
– Processing of personal data during and after the selection process
– Conclusion of the employment relationship
Offer of employment:
– Employment relationships and contracts and alternatives to employment (agency employment, temporary assignment – group assistance, cooperation with self-employed persons, statutory officers)
– Specifics of recruiting foreigners (short excursion)
The course is conducted in the form of interactive online learning, which allows participants to actively participate in the learning and ask questions.
