Marie Janšová attended a meeting of representatives of the legal profession, including judges, bailiffs, attorneys, notaries and others. They discussed topical issues of importance to both professionals and the general public. Among these topics were the new amendment to the Labour Code, the amendment to the Construction Act and the use of artificial intelligence in law. Marie gave a presentation on the question of whether agreements on work performed outside the employment relationship will survive 2024.
